The first watch I received did not work, had to send back and get a replacement. The second watch was fine. Cute watch, but maybe a little high priced for what you actually get.

this is going to be a birthday present for my little guy. i haven't given it to him yet but when we received the watch, i was pleased with the quality. if your little one loves elmo, i think they would really love this watch. very cute!
