The movement is a 20-jewel mechanical automatic, a simple three hand movement with the crown offset between the two and three two oclock position. The parts of the movement have been skeletonized and hand-engraved for extra panache. The textured dial on what remains of the off-center cut-out is vintage Stührling Original dial-work to the point that the beauty of the dial rivals the beauty of the movement which dominates this timepiece. The step-design round case (40mm) is constructed of solid 316L surgical stainless steel and has Krysterna crystals (front and back) and with its screw-in case back, is 50 meters water resistant. The watch is mounted on a genuine black leather strap with a lizard embossed finish. The beauty and technical achievement of the Delphi far exceeds its reasonable price tag. This is a very nice watch that attracts compliments however it runs a little fast. Generally a minute or so faster every other day. Other than that I couldn't be happier

My new Stuhrling Original just arrived in a beautifully packaged box. It is really a stunning piece of art, and a surprise for me was that the back of the watch is see through, which is VERY COOL, and I LOVE IT. The band is very thick, and good quality. I hope the watch stands up to the craftsmanship boasted by the company. The warranty is only 2 years, which struck me as a bit low compared to companies like Fossil, which offers a 10+ year warranty, but if you fill out a review of their product, they will extend the warranty for one year. I also contacted the company via their email address asking them about the warranty time period, but did not get a response, which was disappointing. If it was not for that, I would have given this item 5 stars. That said, I am very excited about my watch and looking forward to hopefully many more than 3 years of use. It's really a stunning item.

Great Skeleton. Case and details on the face are very shiny and crisp. Excellent "skeleton" watch for it's price. Black part of the face (where the hour makers are) is slightly textured depending on how the light hits it, very nice detail.
