This watch looks the part of a cool high tech gadget but when I recieved it, I was sorely disappointed. I don't have big wrists but when I put it on, it was barely big enough for me. The other problem is the LED lights don't stay lit all the time. Adding to that problem is a button must be pushed on the watch to get them to light up to tell you the time. One push makes the lights dance around for a few seconds and then the time appears. Pushing it twice in rapid succession makes the time appear without the wasting dance of lights. Who wants to be obligated to hit a button twice just to see the time? Great concept, cool look, NO function. I returned it the same day.

The band is very small on the watch. It does not fit comfortably on your arm.

I lover this watch. Finally a watch that fits my wrist! I will have to say don't buy this watch if you have a big wrist because the watch band is leather and not very big but for me it fits good. The stitching on the band is real nice too. This is a well made watch and I was not disappointed when it arrived. I read reviews first and saw where the band was small for some people. I can't wear a lot of metal either because it breaks me out so the leather band was a nice feature. The LCD lights are bright enough to see during the day and even in sunlight. I could not buy this from tokyoflash.com because they did not have the blue one I wanted. It comes in red, blue or green. Really nice watch for a ladys wrist.

br /I found myself torn between buy or do not buy as there was so much negative about the band. After thinking it over for several days I looked at it one more time and scrolled down and low and behold I found where the BAND MEASURED 19.5 CENTIMETERS. My dilemma was over. I got a tape measure and measured my wrist, fit well within the 19.5 centimeters and it was a done deal, I bought it!

br /Now, I love it. Its design is masculine, its a definite conversation piece (no way around it) and its look is like nothing else I have seen in a watch. I can wear it with casual wear and can wear it with more formal wear, no problem. Once you get the hang of how it works, it is easy to tell the time and actually is fun to teach others at a gathering.

br /So, IF your wrist is smaller than 19.5 centimeters by a couple (2) inches you will have no problem with this watch. The directions are clear and concise and its design, flawless. For a guy that is looking for a cutting edge timepiece, THIS IS IT without question. IF you are that guy and your wrist is too large, buy it and have a different band put on it (wow, I never thought of that!). It is not that expensive to have a nice watch band put on a watch. The watch is comfortable to wear and the time has been quite accurate thus far. It's one of those, 'why didn't I think of that?' for your timepiece collection. The price is right too!

I purchased this for my boyfriend and he loves it. Anywhere he goes people ask him about it, and he loves showing them how it works. Not too difficult to read, you get used to it very quickly. Band size seems fine. True the LED's don't stay on all the time, but it's simple to just press the button.

My watch was delivered promptly and I enjoyed it thouroughly for about 2 weeks before having to return it to Japan for repair. This watch is NOT waterproof or even splashproof as claimed by the manufacturer. Don't even think about getting it near water.

I like this watch. It is exactly what it was represented to be. There is one big problem with this watch. The strap is not large enough to fit my wrist and straps that are available in the aftermarket will not fit the watch.It looks like if i want to wear it,and i do , i'm going to have to get a custom watch strap made especially for the watch at God knows what cost. Oh well live and learn.

You will get a lot of attention when wearing this watch, be prepared to explain its operation to just about everybody. One caveat though, the band if fairly small and will NOT fit a large wrist. Overall I really like this watch.

When I got this watch I was disappointed for a few reasons. one: the watch band was way small and I could barely get it around my wrist. Two: The battery was died.

the watch is so stylish and unique i like it. the only thing i noticed was the watch has tendency to get slow, as far as accuracy is concern. but its a nice watch.

I bought this watch because I wanted something different. In an industry where everyone other person wears an Omega or a Rolex, I felt like I wanted a different kind of attention. Rather than the standard smoke-blowing I get an exasperated, "Is that a watch?!" It is definitely flashy and gets attention wherever I go. My wife says she expects it to display a hologram, like something out of a sci-fi movie. I've even tricked people telling them that it tells me my blood pressure and heart rate (It doesn't... it doesn't even have a second hand or tell me the date). Time only, and even that takes some getting used to. But if you want something different that no one else has experienced yet, buy this watch. It's sleek and comfortable.

I got the "Tokyo Flash - Twelve 5-9 L Version ( Silver + White LED )" watch and lost $120. Information on Amazon is missleading, the watch is not 30 Meters Water Resistant. The manufacturer's note on the waranty turns out to be "Showers should not be taken by this watch".

br /Conclusion is NEVER BUY THIS WATCH, never get any of the Tokyo Flash Watches, and Think twice before you get a watch from Amazon!
