I keep my Seiko 5 in this winder and it never winds down. You can't hear it when it's doing its thing, so keeping it in the bedroom will not disturb your sleep. The watch pillow is very soft and cushiony, and because it has a lot of give to it, you can fit just about any watch with titanium or stainless-steel bracelet on it without bending the clasp. It's programmable, it's small and it's inconspicuous. I have had no problems with it.
