When I first ordered this watch, it ran for a while and then stopped working within a day or so. However, in response to my complaint, Amazon quickly arranged for postage paid return of the item and sent out a replacement at no charge. The replacement has worked fine. Timex has a good reputation, which is why I bought it. However, I was more impressed with Amazon's quick and efficient handling of the initial return.
