This watch has a lot of features for the price. The Ironman watch has been around a long time and this one compares to the Nike watches in features. You really need to read the instructions to get the most out of it because operation is not intuitive. The Lap button located on the face is easy to use while running but the others keep this from a higher rating...that and the somewhat unattractive brushed blue metal finish. The band it integral to the watch so I don't know what you do if it breaks...time for a new watch.

Great watch with a great feature

I've always loved Timex's products, and this is one of my favorites. The "target time" function allows you to set your ideal pace for a race and gives you "status reports" at every mile split. Of course, this means you have to be coherent enough to hit the lap/split button every mile, but if you can remember to do that, you'll have a great tool for keeping track of your pace vs. goal.

Gave this lap watch to my dad for Christmas and he loves it! I chose this watch because it received good reviews. It definitely has more features than my dad needs but he was interested in reading the instructions to see what else it does. Ultimately it will aide in fulfilling his fitness goals!

Nurses LOVE it!!

I gave this as a gift to my sister when she graduated from nursing school. When she started work all of the veteran nurses kept asking her where she got it.

Awesome Watch

Great value for the $$$. Easy to read. Keeps excellent time. Great light. The only minor problem is that you have to save your lap times to view them again.
