I bought this because I needed an affordable, entry-level dress watch for a friend's wedding and didn't want to spend hours (or hundreds of $$$) picking out the "perfect" one.

br /Accuracy: I've had this for about two weeks and it has kept good time. No problems so far. It's Casio and it's Japanese quartz movement. You really don't have to worry about this.

br /Looks: Both the band and case are polished (not brushed) stainless steel. It's shinier than in the picture. To give you a better idea, I can easily see my face when looking at the case. I can see my reflection in the band as well, but the image is smaller and more curved. The black dial and hour markings at 3, 6, 9, 12 are sleek and simple. This is clearly not a "busy" dress watch, and that's one of the reasons I bought it.

br /Dimensions: I bought this watch on Amazon.com, and I was looking at the same picture you're looking at. I still couldn't really tell how big it was. To be honest, in my opinion, it's "men's mid-size." But ignore all that. Here's what my ruler tells me:

br /* Case height: 1 3/4" (the case is "forked" at the top and bottom where it meets the bracelet, and I included that)

br /* Water resistance: This watch is rated "Rank II," Casio's lowest level water resistance (Rank I: No resistance, II: Water Resist (can handle splashes, rain, etc. but not swimming), III: 50m, IV: 100m, V: 200/300m). I have not tested this, but I'm sure it could handle the rain or hand washing.
br /* I had to take this watch to a jeweler to have two links removed for $8. No big deal, and it fits great now.

I am impressed. The watch looks terrific. I will recommend this stainless steel beauty to anyone who is looking for a watch of great quality at a bargain price.

I really love my Casio,It looks nice and you do not go wrong with the casio brand. Be careful if you are a big man becuase is medium size. I am very pleased with it.

This is a beautiful, classy looking watch. It looks MUCH more expensive than it is. Don't know how they do it for this price.

This watch is extremely well put together and very well priced. Some people put a great deal of time, money, and energy into looking for nice dress watches, but for everyone else there's this Casio. Some other reviewers have mentioned that the watch is one tone, not brushed steel but mine is, in fact, two tone metal. The outer links are a very bright, reflective steel while the inner portion of each link has a soft brushed pattern, making it less reflective but equally bright.

br /The important components for those looking for a dress watch are the build quality, looks, and ability to keep the time. This watch does all three - I've had no problems whatsoever with the build (the band scratches slightly over time but the watch face shows no signs of wear), the watch looks rather stunning (the four time markers on the watch make it look far more stylish and pricy than it is), and it has no trouble keeping perfect time, though only 4 time markers does make it difficult to read the precise time.

br /For anyone looking for a great watch - casual or business style - for themselves or as a gift, I highly recommend this one. It offers the style of a higher end dress-watch with one tenth of the price.

this watch is terrific but if u r looking fo big dial like 42'' or 40'', this is not 4 u , as this will really look small in ur hand, but overall this is a very nice watch at this price.

It is a good watch and definately worth the money they are selling it for. Don't expect it to match a $100 watch quality. Its dial seemed little smaller than what felt in the picture. It is good for medium man wrist but probably little small for big ones.
