It also offers water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet), three alarms (with 5-minute backup), and three time zones. Other features include a top pusher for easy access to lap and split times, an occasion mode to set reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and appointments, and all-day white reflector display. Sport timing functions include: * 100-hour chronograph with lap or split option in large digits * 30-lap memory recall * 2-mode countdown timer * Forward or backward setting * Built-in setting reminders This watch incorporates the Timex Flix system, which activates the Indiglo night-light with a simple flick of your wrist. To activate FLIX, put the watch into Night-Mode by pressing and holding the Indiglo night-light button 3 seconds until it beeps. With the watch in Night-Mode, a forward "flick" of the wrist with a sharp "stop" will activate the Indiglo night-light for three seconds. The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.Get more product details from Amazon

This watch is fantastic. It is the third one I purchased for my husband and my college student nephew who wore out his first one and asked specifically for this watch. Lasts for years and my nephew and husband are lost without it.

Excellent watch - time and date are easy to read without glasses. Switch to chronograph for lap times is quick and easy. Lap time recalls are a breeze and reset is easiest of all. Highly recommended watch.
Great watch. Practical and great value.

Have owned ironman watches since I first heard of them when I was running triathalons in the early 90's. Don't need to be a triathalete however to get great value from one of these watches. The watch is effectively water proof for most things you might need (swimming, shower, snorkeling, etc.), has many easy to use functions including two alarms, elapsed time timer (useful for racing or just keeping track of how long you're cooking something, in the steam bath, or whatever), countdown timer (ditto re cooking with reminder buzzer), etc. It's quite light, and cost is such that when the battery wears out you might as well just by another one...

I am very happy with this watch. In the past I used my cell phone as a replacement for my watch. Since I can't depend on the clock at the pool where I swim weekday mornings I needed to purchase a new watch. Since I received it I have not taken it off. It looks great is very comfortable and easy to use. My only complaint is that I wish that the lap counter 'font' was larger. When wearing goggles it is difficult to see the numbers. I have also heard that you cannot get replacement bands and the band is more or less integrated into the watch. It appears to be of good quality so hopefully it won't break in the near future. I highly recommend this.

I use this watch on my runs all the time. It is pretty simple and does the job that I want it to do. So far it is very sturdy.

I bought this when my 10+ year old Ironman quit. I must say I liked the old one better. It had a clasp type band and I was familiar with the settings. This one is OK but definetly a step below in quality ane performance to my older model.

This was a great bargain with all of the features I need. I especially like the multiple alarm settings so that I don't have to reset the alarm on weekends. It automatically wakes me up at a different time on Saturday and Sunday.

The watch is perfect for what I needed. I especially like the small band that holds the excess watch strap back, it actually secures the strap rather than constantly slipping off and leaving the strap flapping around which is nice for a change. The occasion setting is kind of cool, but I don't really use it. Great watch, no complaints so far.
Nice watch but thought it would be bigger....

The Timex is a nice watch. 2 complaints however. 1 - it is too small. It says it is a fullsize watch? I don't think so. I thought it looked bigger online. It's not. However that is not the fault of Timex. My fault for not knowing. However, one design problem that I hate is that the watchband has a little nipple on the band to keep the band from coming out of the little band. It holds well, but is annoying as hell when you are trying to get the watch off! I cut it off finally.
good watch but...

overall a good watch with many features that I will probably not use. I was replacing a older Ironman watch, the type that you cant find a replacement band and was looking for a watch with a large display... complared to the old Ironman the new Ironman display is smaller and not as pronounced....harder to read :(
