You can automatically count down the days from the current date to a target date with the five day counters (each featuring 8 input characters for identification). I've had this watch before. After 5 years, in the ocean nearly everyday, it finally gave out. I thought I wouldn't find it again. This color and style. I love it because it's comfortable to wear when surfing and/or paddling. I am a hairstylist and it looks great even at work when I am shampooing client, etc. My eyes aren't as sharp as when I was younger, so the digital numbers make it super easy to see. A very good practical and fashionable watch. RECOMMENDED HIGHLY!!

I use this watch everywhere. Especially with the kids, cause you never know when you're going to need the protection from the elements or just from doing everyday stuff with them.

I've owned this watch for about 7 years now and I love it!! I like this shiny black look which won't change color. I had another baby-g watch in purple, but over time and use it turned a dingy yellow. It looked so bad that I decided to get a black one this time. It takes a lot of abuse and the battery lasts a long time!! The best feature about it is that the calendar is automatic so I don't have to change the dates at the end of each month. I'm buying one for my 11-year old daughter since she's also rough on her jewelry. Great item and the price is fantastic!!

My wife bought this watch and really liked it and then gave me the men's version for Christmas. This watch is not atomic, the mens watch is, which is nice. I would give Casio 5 stars if the atomic clock automatically changed when you move timezones. But if you like to have the time earlier to get to appointments on time, then don't get the atomic clock.

I honestly didn't think I was going to like this watch but as soon as I got it, the look of the watch made me love it. The shiny plastic is really nice and I can even wear it in the office with suits and in a professional environment. It's very confortable also. I needed a watch really bad so I am extremely happy that I got it. This is my third Baby G. The last two lasted for a long time so I am a big fan. But of their old skool stuff which is why I was so happy that I found this one. The newer models are really poorly designed and ugly. Plus the colors??? What was Casio thinking?

I am a proud owner of two G Shock watches already. I love the watches I have, so I bought my wife one. She loves the all black Baby G Shock watch I bought her. Her watch does not have the atomic time keeping or the solar power like the g shocks I have. She is not into all the different gadgets like me. She just wanted somethig simple and durable. This is the perfect watch for everyday activities.

We get issued a lot of things in the military, but this by far is one of the coolest and best watches I've ever been issued. I've had this since 2005 and it's literally been to hell and back. I've deployed 3 times with this watch and it's still going strong. I'm an enlisted aircrew member so flying around in the back of a C-130, I get banged around a lot. This watch has stuck through it all: it has over 700 flying hours with me (combat included), survived the heat and sand of southwest Asia, many sweaty PT sessions, showers and pools. I have yet to change the battery (3 yrs).

br /Since I'm constantly on the "road" flying all over the world, the multiple time zones are key. There is only one downside to this, they're not all correct. You have to play with the DST settings (even when that time zone doesn't use DST).

Durable watch - I have yet to scratch it, and I'm fairly hard on watches. It has lots of features, but they're easy to use because they are consistent throughout the watch.

I bought this watch for my teenage daughter when it first came out. She is very active and athletic swimmer. It lasted over 3 years when the strap broke but there is no replacement. We look at hundreds of watches for a graduation gift and had decided on a watch that was over 3 times the cost but my daughter insisted on the baby-g because of the fit, durability and features.

Arrived within one week of ordering. This watch is very functional,fun and easy to use. The backlight is blue, and easy to see at night. Every 30 seconds and when you push the light button, an animated dolphin swims (in the oval where TYO is). The only thing I don't like about the watch is the band. It's shiny black plastic. Other than that, it's a great watch.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this watch. I wasn't sure I would like it until I actually received it and when I wore it I got lots of compliments. The band is not the usual matte finish but has more of a patent shine which makes it stylish. I would buy it again.

Usually I am very rough on watches and wear mine face down. This thing has survived me (and tennis) for over a year and is still in top condition. Would recommend to everyone.
